We have an exciting new opportunity for an Administrator to join our Profit Protection team based at our Support Centre in Speke. We support flexible working patterns and full training will be provided!

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in providing effective & efficient support in our Distribution Centre Profit Protection team. This role has been created to support the demand within our team and is an exciting role to take on! To be successful, it is essential that you can work at pace, have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.

The key responsibilities are:

  • Organise & despatch Security orders to stores across the company
  • Assist with the organisation of B&M pool cars
  • Ensure all personnel files are kept up to date
  • Place adverts and screen CV's for the Distribution Centre Security teams
  • Review DC CCTV footage upon request
  • Other ad hoc administration to support the Profit Protection department 

The skills/experience required are:

  • Due to the nature of the role (assisting with pool cars), a driving licence is preferred
  • Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office packages
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Problem solver, able to use initiative to identify solutions
  • Attention to detail and have the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to be flexible to support business/department needs
