We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in Newtownabbey!
This is a full time, permanent position and requires the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided for our customers.
You will also:
- Drive a team to deliver personable, polite and prompt service in the checkout area
- Act as a role model displaying exceptional service to our customers
- Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
- Coach colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
- Ensure compliance of company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
- Ensure company property, cash and stock are secure at all times
- Play a vital part in continuing to make our stores a fun place to work!
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused & driven team players with a passion for retail & delivering great service!
It is essential that applicants have the following:
- Experience of managing a small team, in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong numerical and problem solving skills
- A flexible approach and a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to think on your feet
