We’re looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative self-starter who’s passionate about visual storytelling, has a great natural eye for detail, eager to build their experience across a wide range of design disciplines, and excited to contribute to bold, impactful campaigns.
As our Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll support the team by developing on-brand visual assets across both digital and print channels. From social media graphics and in-store POS to external marketing collateral, campaign toolkits, and sales decks, you’ll play a key role in bringing our marketing strategy to life. You’ll also support the Brand & PR Graphic Design Lead in delivering creative for both internal and external events, ensuring all touchpoints are consistent and impactful. In addition, you’ll assist with styling and on-set requirements for photoshoots, helping to ensure visual consistency across all brand imagery.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing channels including social media, web, email, and print
- Support campaign rollouts with promotional assets, event branding, and point-of-sale materials
- Ensure all output aligns with our core brand visuals, maintaining a consistent visual identity across platforms
- Work closely with marketing, social, and design teams to interpret briefs, brainstorm ideas, and deliver creative solutions
- Assist in producing high-quality design elements for presentations, internal reports, bespoke marketing assets and customer communications
- Edit and retouch photography for use across digital and print channels
- Take constructive feedback on board from Creative Lead and Senior Head of Marketing, as well as stakeholders, refining work to meet expectations and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print design work, ideally within marketing or advertising.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and how visual assets support campaign goals.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate, brand-aligned output.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and explain design choices clearly.
- Effective time management and organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or video editing (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong hand-drawing or sketching skills with the ability to digitise illustrations.
