We’re recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Cheltenham! You’ll play a key role in maintaining high store standards through efficient stock management, strong leadership, and hands-on teamwork.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and train the replenishment team to deliver excellent availability and store presentation
  • Manage deliveries efficiently and ensure stock is worked quickly and accurately
  • Oversee warehouse and back-of-house operations, including stock control and safety
  • Support promotional and seasonal activities
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health & safety, and operational standards
  • Drive KPIs and maintain high performance throughout the team

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience managing a team in retail, hospitality, or logistics
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A hands-on leader with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-moving environment
  • A strong understanding of KPIs and performance targets
