COE Support Analyst – Runcorn Distribution Centre
Shift Pattern: Full time, Monday – Friday, 39 hours.
Please note - although this role will be based out of our Runcorn Distribution Centre, there will be the requirement to trave to other sites when required. This will be infrequent, and notice will be given.

We’re looking for a detail orientated, self-motivated Data Analyst to join our Capacity, Optimisation and Engineering team based in Runcorn.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in a key operational area, which plays a vital role in keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.
What you’ll be doing
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with the National Capacity Manager amongst others, providing high quality data analysis, interpretation and modelling support across business critical workstreams.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyse large, complex datasets from across our warehousing network, transport, throughput and stock teams.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support capacity planning and decision making
- Develop and maintain models to support short and long-term network scenarios
- Use the models developed to test network resilience in various scenarios
- Produce structured outputs (dashboards/models etc.) to support decision makers in their processes
- Support early-stage automation/robotic assessments
- Assist in the building of the case for new automation and technology.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who can manage multiple, large data sets, manipulating that data into clear, actionable outputs which can be used by key stakeholders to support our whole supply chain.
You’ll need to have:
- Strong data analysis and interpretation ability, with demonstratable experience managing large, complex data sets.
- High attention to detail, with a clear understanding of limitations and assumptions.
- Advanced Excel capability (including modelling)
- Experience with PowerBI is desirable but not essential
- Previous exposure to simulation, modelling or development tools would be an advantage.
