A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a retail or hospitality professional looking to step-up into an office based administrative position.
As a Learning & Development Administrator you will be providing admin support for L&D activities, supporting the delivery of the L&D strategy and being involved in day-to-day co-ordination of projects and the team.
This role will be 30 hours a week across 4 days based at our Ribble store in Blackpool.
The key accountabilities in this role are:
- Provide admin support to a broad range of L&D activities
- Ownership for maintenance of the eLearning LMS platform
- Ensure L&D materials are kept up to date and are easily accessible
- In time additional activities; involvement in training and facilitation of learning events
- Involvement and support in L&D projects (design and delivery and implementation)
The skills required to be successful are:
- Excellent Microsoft Excel & MS skills
- Able to work at pace without compromising accuracy
- Great attention to detail and accurate at data input
- Effective communicator across cross‑functional teams
- Prioritises workload to consistently meet deadlines
