B&M are seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Project Manager to join our legal function in a varied and fast-paced role supporting the General Counsel and wider legal team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining project management, strategic coordination, legal support, and executive-level administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving delivery of strategic initiatives, coordinating programmes and events, and ensuring the smooth operation of the legal function.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Counsel with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
- Coordinate and manage strategic legal & ESG projects, including major group cross-functional initiatives, tracking and driving progress against defined objectives
- Prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Support governance activities, meetings, and action tracking
- Assist with legal and commercial matters, including document preparation and coordination
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Strong administrative and organisational capability
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Experienced in coordinating programmes and strategic initiatives
- Experienced supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Experience working within an in-house legal team or knowledge of legal operations
