We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Profit Protection team based at our Support Centre in Blackpool.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) and would suit an organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a busy operational team.

Due to continued growth within the Profit Protection department, we are looking for an Administrator to support the smooth running of our security and operational processes. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering exposure to recruitment, scheduling, maintenance coordination and general departmental administration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating personnel records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the recruitment and vetting process for security personnel
- Coordinating security staff rotas and timesheets to ensure effective cover and payroll accuracy
- Managing daily maintenance queries, liaising with contractors, stores and internal departments
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data across internal systems and spreadsheets
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional, polite and friendly manner
- Prioritising urgent issues and managing multiple administrative tasks at the same time
- Providing general administrative support to the wider Profit Protection team as require
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly organised, able to work under pressure and confident managing competing priorities within a busy office environment.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling data, timesheets and wage-related information
- Strong data inputting and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional, polite and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and resolve problems proactively
- Comfortable working to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours when required to support the needs of the business
