The Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Play a vital role in gathering and managing data from across the business to ensure we meet all Defra/EA compliance deadlines.
• Maintain our social compliance factory audit register, ensuring our practices meet the highest standards.
• Monitor and stay up to date with changing legislation, using your knowledge to propose improvements and provide training where needed.
• Collaborate with the Sustainability and Energy Manager and internal stakeholders, offering guidance on governance and sustainability topics.
• Support the implementation of our sustainability strategy and contribute to projects that further our environmental goals.
• Create clear, engaging presentations using PowerPoint to communicate sustainability data, insights, and progress to internal stakeholders.

The Skills & Experience required:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills, with an interest or knowledge of sustainability practices being advantageous.
• Experience collecting, analysing, and managing data in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and long-term career development.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and confidence in adopting new technologies.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools to enhance efficiency, support data analysis, or improve reporting and content creation.
