We are currently searching for enthusiastic HR Administrator to join B&M in our Distribution Centre in Bedford.

The Shift Pattern(s) available are: Monday - Friday Days. 

This is a fast paced, administration based role. You will be supporting our experienced and friendly HR Team with the day-to-day administration of the department. Liaising with other departments across the site, no two days will be the same in this role!

This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be given full, inhouse training on our systems.  

What you’ll be doing

• Providing administration support to our HR team
• Managing the HR inbox, ensuring any enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion
• Updating employee files and trackers
• Ensuring Right To Work documentation is up to date
• Providing some basic HR advice to employees as required

  What you’ll bring:

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Be IT literate (especially around the Microsoft Office package of software)
• A willingness to learn and get involved from day 1
• Fantastic time management skills
