Join B&M as a Customer Service Assistant at our store in East Retail Park, Newport and help create a brilliant shopping experience for our customers.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of our store, where you'll play a key part in keeping the shelves full, the store looking great, and customers leaving with a smile. Whether you're helping customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, or supporting at the checkouts, you'll be part of a team that keeps things running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a part time role offering 16 hours per week, with shift patterns between the hours of 9am and 7pm.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering friendly, helpful service to customers across the store
• Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of availability
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and well presented
• Working on checkouts and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting colleagues to ensure the store runs efficiently

What you'll bring

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We're big on attitude, personality, and a willingness to learn!
