We're looking for a driven and hands-on Floor Manager to join our Transit Way Retail Park store in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards and customer experiences.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with colleagues and fellow managers, you'll help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional standards across the shop floor.
• Driving sales performance by ensuring products are available, well-presented and easy for customers to shop.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising, availability and store presentation.
• Planning and prioritising workloads to ensure the store is ready to trade.
• Coaching and developing colleagues to build confidence, capability and performance.
• Responding quickly to changing priorities and supporting the wider management team where needed.
