We're looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our store opening at St John's Walk, Colchester! This is a hands-on role where you'll help create a great shopping experience by keeping shelves stocked, supporting customers and working with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly. We have part time contracts available, offering up to 20 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:

• Providing friendly, helpful service to customers across the store
• Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of availability
• Keeping the store clean, safe and well presented
• Operating checkouts and handling transactions accurately
• Supporting colleagues and adapting to the needs of the business
• Taking pride in your work and helping deliver a great shopping experience every day

We're looking for people who:

• Enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences
• Take responsibility for getting the job done and follow tasks through
• Work well as part of a team and support those around them
• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment
• Are willing to learn, take on new challenges and develop their skills
• Bring a positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm to work every day

Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
